However, after completing my reservation, I contacted the property to request parking details, only to receive the following response: **“We're sorry, we don't have parking.”** I emailed the address provided (csupport@vive.properties) to report this blatant discrepancy between what was advertised and what was actually offered. **They never responded.** Through Booking.com's private messaging system, their only solution was to offer to put me in touch with a third party where I could rent a parking space — **at an additional cost of MXN 1,000**, on top of what I had already paid for my accommodation. And as if that weren't enough, there was yet another surprise: **the suggested parking facility isn't even open on Sundays.** But the problems didn't end there. The property, managed by **Tribu Living**, also requires guests to pay a separate security deposit for potential property damage before they are allowed to complete the check-in process. In other words, even after paying the full amount through Booking.com, you are confronted with an additional mandatory payment based on the assumption that you might damage the property during your stay. The issue isn't simply the existence of a security deposit. It's the way these additional requirements are imposed after the booking has already been made, leaving guests with unexpected costs and limited options. **My experience with Tribu Living was defined by misleading information, unexpected charges, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.** I strongly advise other travelers to think twice before booking with this company.

Bien pero creepy y sin alma Positive: El departamento tiene lo necesario para pasar un par de noches cómodamente. Es un espacio pequeño para dormir, bañarse e incluso cocinar y no gastar en comidas fuera. Negative: La entrada al edificio, al departamento y la atención en general es digitalizada, no hay personal en el lugar que apoye a resolver problemas. El control de entrada totalmente digital me pareció muy poco seguro: si pierdo mi celular o me quedo sin batería, pierdo la manera de volver a mi alojamiento. Las contraseñas de ingreso que me enviaron con mi registro no funcionaron y tuve que comunicarme por mensaje para resolverlo una vez que ya estaba en el lugar. En dos días no vi a nadie más en el edificio, aunque los escuchaba por la ventana; los pasillos eran oscuros y, aunque la luz se encendía con sensor al pasar, el lugar me pareció creepy, sin alma. En el departamento el ventilador funcionaba a veces sí, a veces no, y hacía mucho calor. El drenaje del lavadero despedía un olor fuerte y desagradable. Falta mantenimiento y limpieza en el área de la regadera y la temperatura del agua no se puede controlar, sale o fría o muy caliente.

Negative: Que no haya personal a cargo que te guíe hasta tu entrada a a la habitación. No tienen sala lunch en los balcones o terrazas.
