Santana Studio by Casa 8

Positive: Bonito departamento Negative: Falta de estacionamiento, cobro extra por un seguro que no te dicen desde el principio, me toco la habitación 8 y varios clientes intentaban abrir mi puerta por instrucciones confusas

Positive: Location is great because everything is on walkable distance, including major transportation hubs. Apartment is nice with all the needed appliances for long stays like a washer/dryer combo, a small fridge, and a burner stove top. Bed is comfortable and bed sheets feel soft and clean. This is one of the biggest rooms in the building and it feels like a luxurious loft. The extra couch in the living room is great when you want to watch some tv and relax. Since the sun doesn't hit directly the apartment, temperature remains cool and fresh all day. Negative: My main issue is that most of the new visitors tried to get into this apartment because the welcoming screen showing the door codes is not explicit enough. The screen states "Welcome to Casa 8 (#)", but this number in parenthesis creates confusion because you have to figure out this is an apartment number. Therefore, many people try to get into this apartment, "Casa 8 (8)". It becomes annoying when these new visitors are furiously typing the door code. When I opened the door to orientate them, some people were rude and demanding "when are you leaving because I am suppose to stay here". Hope this gets better with a clarifying message, "Welcome to Casa 8, your Apartment is #".

Positive: Solo me gusto el edificio. El. Departamento es bonito Negative: No me agrado q me hicieran esperar para poder entrar y después darme cuenta q me dieron un departamento ocupado. Posteriormente entro y la cama de muy mala calidad colon q se sienten los.resortes. nada confortable.. El sillón por igual se sienta uno e igual no confortable. No volvería alrededor hay hoteles q te ofrecen mejor opciones por el precio q te cobran

Positive: Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y el espacio de los departamentos. Negative: En general todo estuvo bien, ya que pensé que no me iban a contestar rápido en los mensajes pero sí hubo un apoyo muy eficaz

Una casona de techos altos y espacios muy comodos. Positive: La casona con techos altos, muy limpia y ordenada. Perosnal amable. Negative: Es la primera vez que uso esa tecnologia de contactless. Batalle un poco, al final ya estaba familiarizado con las entradas.
