Perfecto para pasar un buen tiempo cerca de la zona de chapultepec Positive: Me gustó mucho el lugar, la locación muy accesible y todo en perfectas condiciones. El anfitrión atento y contestaba rápidamente. Negative: Que el registro del lugar te haga otro cobro :/

Trotz vieler Schwierigkeiten passable Unterkunft Positive: Es war sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche hatte alles, was man benötigt. Der Kontakt bei der Ankunft war gegeben. Negative: Der Check-In war alles andere als einfach. Hätten wir nicht Unterstützung von anderen Bewohnern bekommen, wären wir nicht in die Unterkunft gelangt. Es wurden uns falsche Codes übermittelt. Was jedoch überhaupt nicht akzeptabel war, ist das zweimal Menschen in unsere Unterkunft ungefragt hineingekommen sind und einfach morgens bei uns in der Küche standen UND dass wir eine offene Kondomverpackung im Schrank aufgefunden haben. Für eine solch „unsichere“ und nicht richtig geputzte Unterkunft eine Kaution von 1500 Pesos zu verlangen ist absolut unangemessen.

The property is in shambles and badly mismanaged. It's a SCAM. Stay away Negative: This property is a SCAM! When I first arrived the room they put me into didn't have a working toilet, it was literally disassembled. I had to wait 4 hours for the cleaning lady to come and clean up a different room. The trouble wasn't over though: they didn't have any water the next two days, so I had to leave the property and move to a better one. Once I applied for full refund through Booking the property owner started ducking their calls and emails, and haven't responded to any in three months since the day I left. All in all the property is in shambles, messy and the owners advertise it as if it were good, get your money and then hide from you once you try claiming a refund. Scam
