Cumple las necesidades Positive: La cercanía al lugar de mi destino Negative: El aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien y el ruido con los vecinos

Positive: Just the neighborhood. Negative: They don’t have parking lot. We had to park out in the street. The sofa bed is broken, so one of us needed to sleep in the car. Chair broken as well. Flies protection in the windows is broken. The worst is the smell in the bathroom. Just opening the door of the bathroom was very bad…. BUT the worst was to open the glass door in the shower. Nauseating smell. It was hard to get in touch with someone for support. I needed to get back with booking.com to solve my problems with access codes for the elevator. The phone they have for support is just not working. No one answered their phone. Their security staff is AWESOME, but at the very end there is no support. No one helped me to change sofa bed nor chair. And just to add something, the walls in the building are not thick enough. My neighbor was having sex and she screamed too loud. This is not the first time listening sexual noises, but I traveled this time with my daughters…. Not a nice experience at all.

No lo recomiendo Positive: Es buena zona, buena infraestructura pero le falta atención personalizada. Negative: No hay quien resuelva problemas, había. Cucarachas, se equivocan en asignar departamento y no se hacen responsables. No es eficiente su atención en línea y no hay quien te ayude en el lugar.

El internet dentro de la habitación es MUY DEFICIENTE no logrando abrir ninguna aplicación. Positive: La localización es fabulosa, uno puede acceder al inmueble a través de 2 puertas y con el registro previo a la llegada y el biométrico la entrada es sumamente fácil. La cerradura de la habitación me costó trabajo abrirla, pero cuando comprendí cómo funcionaba no tuvo ningún problema. Negative: Nosotros viajamos con carro y como el lugar no tiene estacionamiento fue necesario que nuestro vehículo quedara en la calle con la bendición de Dios.
