Elegant Solo Loft + Open Air - 306

Negative: Non sono riuscito ad entrare nella struttura non riuscivo a fare self check in.Sononarrivatonalle 18 ed invece che aiutarmi dopo che alle 18.45 li ho chiamati al telefono alle.19 hanno messo una segreteria e non hanno più risposto. Il codice per entrare nella struttura é arrivato dopo le 22... 4 ore per fare un self check in dopo 5 di viaggio... assurdo... Ho pagato 2500$ ed ora me ne vogliono rendere solo 535$.. È assurdo un trattamento così... evitate di prenotare in questa struttura...

Positive: The building is nice and the terrace is quite lovely with a view. Negative: The bathroom is small and the lighting is not bright enough. The water from shower room doesn’t go down quickly. The WiFi is quite bad, even through the host provided me another wifi but still didn’t work properly.

First, this could be just how properties are in Guadalajara and my expectations were higher/normal to me. Why? I rent a lot of properties so in comparison. Imagine requesting simple items like pillow cases. It had no pillow cases(2) on the pillows. Used T/shirt to cover. Finally asked the front desk after a week of no response. Day one sent in request that the shower drain was very slow. So slow that had to stand in about 2” of dirty water everytime.:/( 3 out of 4 chairs were broken. I fell off of one sitting down on it. Faucet in bathroom barely worked so had to use the kitchen sink to brush teeth etc. Notified that cleaners were trying to schedule cleaning but they never came. Finally just found another place and move out early. Therefore effectively double paid about $1,000.00 USD. rather then living in that environment. Will say it could just be a bad day for them but I was not there for only couple days.:-( Was told was not going to charge me for not cleaning but no idea how that if refunded. Have a great day for ultimately life is good since I woke up..

Positive: Great communication. Decent location. Negative: Not enough sockets. Shower bad

very pleasant stay Positive: everything was very good. communication with the host and urgency to solve queries was brilliant. the apartment is well equipped, great kitchen! plenty space, the terrace is a plus. Negative: internet keeps dropping. no closet where to put clothes.
