Good apartment, location not the best, check-in technology and lack of reception staff would put me off rebooking Positive: The apartment was excellent and had all the facilities Negative: The autonomous check in didn’t work and inability to contact the reception to rectify it - meant for the first night I had to wait for other guests to let me in when they were around. Not good enough that there isn’t someone on call

Negative: Non sono riuscito ad entrare nella struttura non riuscivo a fare self check in.Sononarrivatonalle 18 ed invece che aiutarmi dopo che alle 18.45 li ho chiamati al telefono alle.19 hanno messo una segreteria e non hanno più risposto. Il codice per entrare nella struttura é arrivato dopo le 22... 4 ore per fare un self check in dopo 5 di viaggio... assurdo... Ho pagato 2500$ ed ora me ne vogliono rendere solo 535$.. È assurdo un trattamento così... evitate di prenotare in questa struttura...

Positive: The building is nice and the terrace is quite lovely with a view. Negative: The bathroom is small and the lighting is not bright enough. The water from shower room doesn’t go down quickly. The WiFi is quite bad, even through the host provided me another wifi but still didn’t work properly.

very pleasant stay Positive: everything was very good. communication with the host and urgency to solve queries was brilliant. the apartment is well equipped, great kitchen! plenty space, the terrace is a plus. Negative: internet keeps dropping. no closet where to put clothes.
